Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

At Ecolife, we work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you a carefully curated range of eco-friendly products. Because of this, your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the items purchased.

This means:

  • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages
  • Each supplier manages their own shipping times and dispatch processes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping origin

We aim to provide accurate estimated delivery times at checkout, however, in some cases, shipping may take slightly longer due to supplier processing times or international fulfilment.

You will receive tracking details (where available) as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We ship using reliable carriers such as NZ Post and NZ Couriers, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to domestic addresses within New Zealand.

International shipping: Is not available at this time

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ecolife.co.nz within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
